Mission

The Greater Cleveland Senior Softball league is established to provide for the enjoyment of senior softball players ages 55 and up through playing competitive softball and attending various related social functions. This MORNING league attracts players from many of the communities in the Greater Cleveland area. The league supports activities related to softball, such as, The Softball Hall of Fame, local tournaments, and fundraisers for local players.

“Kaiser Permanente is delighted to once again be a sponsor of the Senior Softball League,” said Pamela Jordan Handley, KP Ohio’s Regional Corporate Communications Leader. “The team members - both on the field and behind the scenes - embody Kaiser Permanente’s commitment to creating communities that THRIVE.”

Thrive is the word that captures Kaiser Permanente’s:

  • passion for prevention,
  • commitment to delivering excellent health care,
  • advocacy of healthy lifestyle choices, and
  • desire that our members and our communities experience life and health to their full potential.

Senior Softball League team members serve as highly visible role models because of their choice of an active lifestyle and can-do attitude. The entire Kaiser Permanente Ohio Region team wishes them another successful, healthful, and joyous year at bat!

Sponsored by Kaiser Permanente, the league attempts to help senior players maintain a healthy regimen and stay in good physical condition.
